About BTGT
BTGT is a nonprofit organization (80G), founded in 2010, dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth and individuals with special abilities through placement-linked skill training and mental health programs.
Our programs help youth achieve meaningful employment while promoting mental health and overall well-being.
Our mission focuses on Youth Empowerment, with key areas of impact including Skill Development, Employability, Mental Health, and Teacher Empowerment.
Since our inception, we have skill-trained over 10,000 youth, with a placement rate of more than 75%.

Youth Empowerment through Teacher Empowerment (Capacity Building Programs) Empowering teachers with well-tested, researched, and evolved models of skill development and mental health.

Counselling
Empowerment through Career and personal Counselling, Mentorship and Guidance. Empowering youth as a focused, productive and resilient workforce with guided decision making.

About BTGT
BTGT (Bridging The Gap Together), is a non-profit organisation (80G), pioneered in providing placement linked skill training to underprivileged youth and youth with special abilities (Hearing Imapired) for the age group between 18-28.
Numbers Trained
We have provided skill training to 6500+ Youth since 2010.
Placement Rate
Our placement rate is around 70% plus with a good sustainability rate.
Interventions
The key interventions are around Basic Computers, Communication/English Skills, Workplace Readiness(WPR), Career Counselling, Mental Health ,On the Job Training(OJT), Placements and hand-holding, life-long learning (through distance learning), ethical conduct etc.
The Training interventions are around 400 hrs with 3.5 hrs a day for 4 months.
Outcomes
No professional degree
Some of our students are earning 20-25k+ within 1 year of their placements. Most of the students have just completed their secondary education and graduation. And most of them have no professional degree in hand.
Employer Network
We have built a good network of 300+ organisations for job placement. Our students are always appreciated by the employers for their proactiveness and contributive mindset which is an integral part of the training.
Inclusion
We are working with youth with disabilities from 2020.
We customize the skill training according to the special needs of the students and also do job profiling and mapping for our special students and their employers.
As of now,We have trained 80+ hearing imapired candidates with a 75% placement rate. (2022)
We always feel blessed to serve our special students.

BTGT always handholds the students till the time they can make independent decisions regarding their livelihood,education and growth.
We support them in getting first jobs, getting next best level jobs and joining higher education .
We counsel them and their parents as many times as required to be sustained and on a growth path.
Community Outreach
We have developed a sufficient trust and community connection through our contribution during the last 12 years. Community reaches us not only for training only but for their other needs like personal issues, health and financial issues and counseling etc.
