Bridging the Gap together Education Foundation
BTGT (Bridging the Gap Together) is a nonprofit organization (80G) dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities since 2010. We focus on skill development, livelihood, education, and mental health.
Our team has trained over 10,000 youth in fields such as Retail, Sales, Beauty, Stitching, MIS, and BPOs, providing employment to more than 7,500 individuals through training, counselling, workshops, and placement assistance.
Additionally, we have trained 7,000 youth in mental health programs, equipping them with the tools needed for a healthy and balanced life.
We have also trained over 750 teachers through mental health workshops, helping them create non-judgmental and compassionate classrooms that promote the mental and overall well-being of both teachers and students.
We proudly support youth with disabilities, customizing skill training to meet their specific needs. Over 80 hearing-impaired candidates have been trained, with an impressive 75% placement rate.
Our students are successfully employed with reputable brands like Tanishq, Lifestyle, and Pantaloons etc. They have not only achieved financial independence but are also known for their emotional balance and resilience in the workplace.
Through our journey, we’ve discovered that youth possess immense potential. With the right platform, they can explore, innovate, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.

Core Skills and Interventions : Training includes Retail, Office Assistance, IT, Communication Skills, Workplace Readiness, Mental Health, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and emotional intelligence development.
Outcomes and Partnerships: Our students have secured placements with top brands like Tanishq, Subway, and ICICI, with career growth within a year. We have a strong network of 300+ employers and partners like Tech Mahindra Foundation, Government bodies, SUPA, DTE etc.
Readiness to Scale: BTGT is ready to expand its Placement Linked Skill Development and Mental Health Programs nationwide, partnering with Corporate CSRs and donors to support inclusive growth for Indian youth.
