  • Vivek Raheja brings nearly 22 years of professional experience in software development, having worked with Cadence Design Systems, HCL Technologies, and DRDO. In 2010, he took a three-year break from his Techno-Management career to pursue his passion for serving underprivileged communities, leading to the founding of Bridging The Gap Together Mission.
  • Vivek has a deep understanding of grassroots issues and solutions, and he mentors the development of impactful delivery mechanisms for skills and education, benefiting underprivileged youth across the country.

Reena Raheja

Reena Raheja _ Co-Founder and Head. An educationist, psychologist, social worker and a mother.
  • She is the co-founder and director of BTGT Education Foundation, an educationist, economist, mental health expert, and mindfulness coach. She leads a mission to empower youth sustainably through quality education, mental health, and skill development, with a focus on recognizing abilities over disabilities.
  • As the head of the Implementation Team, she ensures the effective execution and scaling of outreach programs. Passionate about empowering women and youth, she champions entrepreneurship at the grassroots level. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, and psychology.

Dr. J M Jerath

Retired Psychology Professor and Philanthropist

  • Dr. J M Jerath holds a doctorate in psychology with over 40 years of experience in teaching and research at Himachal Pradesh University and Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has guided 11 Ph.D. students and 11 M.Phil. theses and has published 32 research papers in national and international journals. He also served as a professor at the Centre for Management Training and Research, Punjab. Dr. Jerath is the chief architect behind the mental health interventions at BTGT, aimed at empowering underprivileged youth.
